  • Bill of Sale on serialised equipment.
  • Mortgages over Real Estate, subject to inspection. A Surveyors Report is required.
  • Hypothecation of Financial Instruments
  • Personal Guarantees of principal shareholders
  • Assignment of Key Man Insurance
  • Guarantors of acceptable net worth
  • Assignment of Receivables
