EXIM Bank invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of:

CREDIT ANALYST
The incumbent is responsible for interviewing and assessing prospective clients of the Bank, as well as the processing of loan applications and providing clients with information regarding the loan and insurance facilities offered by the Bank. Additionally he/she is required from time to time to represent the Bank at expositions to promote its products and services.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business related discipline or equivalent professional accreditation plus at least 2 years working experience in the area of loans/credit of a financial institution.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to analyse credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit facilities.
• Ability to determine credit worthiness of loan applications.
• Specialised skills in interviewing techniques for loan applications.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of customer service, standards and procedures.
• Good human relations skills with emphasis on teamwork.
