Stacy-Ann Dewar is the General Manager of the Legal Division and the Bank’s Company Secretary. She obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of the West Indies. She also possesses a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Queen Mary, University of London. Prior to joining the team at EXIM Bank, she served at the Ministry of Health for eight years, and Housing Agency of Jamaica Limited for four years in the capacity of Legal Officer and Senior Manager, Legal Services and Company Secretary respectively.

Stacy-Ann is a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church and is a Child Protection and Family Services Agency appointed Board of Visitor to the Homestead Place of Safety for Girls.
