Andria Whyte-Walters

Andria is an Attorney-at-Law and the founder and Principal Attorney at WHYTE WALTERS LAW, a full-service law firm in Jamaica. A fierce and fearless Advocate, her approach to law is guided by her personal motto; “A Voice for the Voiceless, A Shield for the Defenceless, An Advocate for ALL”. Andria has appeared in several Courts in Jamaica, namely the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Parish Courts and is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association (JAMBAR). She is the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners at the Anti-Dumping and Subsidies Commission.

Andria obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from the University of London and her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School (NMLS). While at Norman Manley Law School, she distinguished herself as a member of the team that won the Qatar International Cyber-security Law Moot Competition in Doha, Qatar in 2018. She was nominated by her peers to be Class Speaker (Valedictorian) on behalf of the 2020 graduating class. Andria is currently enrolled at the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES) at the University of the West Indies in the Master of Science Programme in Development Studies – Governance and Public Policy. She waqs appointed Director to the Board of the EXIM Bank of Jamaica in 2023.
