Errol Barnaby is the acting Managing Director at EXIM Bank. He was promoted from General Manager – Finance Division in April 2023. Prior to joining EXIM Bank, Mr. Barnaby was the Financial Controller of the Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO). He holds a Master’s in Business Administration – Finance, from the Universities of Manchester and Wales, Manchester Business School in the UK, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies. Mr. Barnaby is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), and a Chartered Business Administrator (Canada). He also holds a Certificate in Government Accounts & Financial Management from the INGAF – Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India.

Mr. Barnaby is also a Justice of the Peace.
