Errol Barnaby is the General Manager of the Finance Division at EXIM Bank. Prior to joining EXIM Bank, Mr. Barnaby was the Financial Controller of the Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO). He holds a Master’s in Business Administration – Finance, from the Universities of Manchester and Wales, Manchester Business School in the UK, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies. Mr. Barnaby is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), and a Chartered Business Administrator (Canada). He also holds a Certificate in Government Accounts & Financial Management from the INGAF – Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India.

Mr. Barnaby is also a Justice of the Peace.
